With over 40 years of industry experience, Rich Green Lawns is a trusted leader in Plant Health Care.Join our team and enjoy working outdoors on beautiful properties while using the latest Tree & Shrub Care technology and environmentally responsible products.As a Plant Health Care Technician, you'll be a customer-facing brand ambassador responsible for delivering top-quality services including Tree & Shrub Care, Mosquito & Tick Control, and Deer Repellent Programs.Whether you're looking to grow your green-industry career, we're ready to make it happen with the right person.We provide paid training and licensing for services you're not familiar with and offer unlimited opportunities for growth and advancement.Responsibilities Load and prepare equipment for daily routes Complete daily routes using proper procedures while delivering top-quality service Apply Plant Health Care, Mosquito, Tick, and Deer Repellent treatments Inspect properties and make service recommendations Provide excellent customer service and represent the Lawn Doctor brand Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance Assist with routing, paperwork, and client management (optional) Generate new and existing sales opportunities while in the field (optional) Requirements Minimum 1 year of Tree & Shrub or lawn care experience preferred Operator or applicator license a plus (paid licensing available) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently while being part of a team Strong work ethic and good attendance Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to operate machinery and meet production goals Able to lift 50pounds High School diploma or GED Drug & alcohol-free; must pass drug test and background check Willing to work 8-10 hour days (Seasonal Saturdays) Pay & Benefits $22-$25 per hour based on experience Commission opportunities Paid licensing & unlimited training Paid PTO days Paid uniforms Employee referral bonuses Flexible hours and a low-stress work environment Medical, dental, and 401(k) with company match Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Professional development assistance Referral program Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:green industry tech:3 years (Required) License/Certification:NJ Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute:Township of Jackson, NJ 08527 (Required) Work Location:In person.
