Plant Manager

We are partnering with a growing, globally backed manufacturing organization to identify a Plant Manager to lead operations across a two-site facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing experience and a proven ability to drive culture, performance, and accountability. Position Overview The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a multi-shift workforce, and drive improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. This individual will play a key role in rebuilding team alignment, strengthening leadership, and improving overall operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team across a manufacturing facility Drive operational performance across production, quality, and delivery metrics Improve workforce planning, productivity, and process efficiency Foster a strong, accountable, and team-oriented culture Partner with leadership on budgeting, KPIs, and performance reporting Implement and sustain lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, continuous improvement, etc.) Qualifications 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience ITAR Facility- Citizenship required Background in CNC machining, metals, or similar industrial manufacturing Experience managing multi-shift operations and cross-functional teams Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles Proven ability to lead culture change and improve team performance Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred Why This Opportunity High-impact leadership role with full operational ownership Backed by a stable, growing global organization Opportunity to lead culture transformation and long-term growth
