Join our hardworking team at a high-volume plant nursery and irrigation store.We provide quality plants, dependable irrigation products, and excellent customer service.We're looking for a reliable, physically capable team member who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.Position:Nursery Laborer Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced team lead to oversee daily labor operations, coordinate customer loading assistance, and support the movement and organization of nursery and irrigation materials.This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Load and unload plants, soil, irrigation supplies, and other materials Assist customers with product selection, loading, and basic sales support Help organize, move, and restock plants and inventory Maintain clean and organized work areas, including loading zones and nursery aisles Perform basic plant care and monitor plant condition Assist with deliveries, staging orders, and preparing materials for job sites Support team members with general labor tasks as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain an efficient work pace Qualifications:Previous experience in labor, nursery, warehouse, landscaping, or similar physical work preferred Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50lbs) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Benefits:Competitive pay with performance-based incentives Health insurance Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you enjoy physical, hands-on work, take pride in helping customers, and want to be part of a supportive and energetic team, we encourage you to apply and join our nursery staff!
