Plant Operator/Backup Batchman

In this role, you will operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure smooth production flow, maintain safety standards, and support batch processing activities.Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver high-quality products efficiently.Responsibilities Perform general labor duties on construction sites or in industrial settings.Operate machinery and equipment as needed Assist with batching processes by accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing raw materials according to specified recipes.Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs or potential safety hazards.Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.Support troubleshooting efforts by diagnosing equipment issues and coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs.Maintain detailed logs of production activities, batch records, and equipment performance data.Assist in training new team members on operational procedures and safety standards as needed.Experience Prior experience operating industrial machinery or in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Strong understanding of safety procedures related to plant operations and chemical handling is advantageous.Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively in a team setting.Basic mechanical aptitude with the willingness to learn troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and collaborate with team members effectively.This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a vibrant manufacturing setting!
