Plant Operator

Job OverviewCentral Manufacturing, Inc is seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to join our team in Wenatchee, WA.This individual will also travel to the Omak, WA plant to assist as needed.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, with experience in various manufacturing processes.As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of plant machinery and equipment while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment, including asphalt plant, and other machinery as required.Perform machining tasks, welding, and fabrication of components as needed.Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.Report all issues affecting performance of equipment to Plant Manager on a timely basis.Build and fabricate structures or components according to specifications.Conduct regular inspections of machinery and report any maintenance needs.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining safety standards.Keep the job site organized and ensure materials are stored properly.Requirements Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is essential.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.Experience in machining, welding, building, and fabricating is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.Must adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the plant.Join our team as a Plant Operator where your skills will contribute to our success in delivering high-quality products while ensuring a safe working environment.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $32.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience:Plant Operator:2 years (Preferred) Ability to Relocate:Wenatchee, WA 98801:Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
