We are Inner Gardens, a premier interior plantscape design company serving discerning clients on the Westside and throughout Los Angeles. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Installer to join our team, working on residential and commercial properties. This is not an entry-level role – we’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and the professionalism required to operate in worth private residences. You’ll be handling rare and valuable plant materials, high-end containers, and curated design elements. If you have experience in white-glove service environments, fine gardening, boutique landscape installations, or interior plant styling, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain high-end interior and exterior plant designs with precision and care Safely transport, place, and handle delicate and high-value plant materials and containers Work closely with design team and project managers to execute sophisticated residential landscape visions Deliver discreet, respectful, and professional service in private homes and estates Ensure installations are immaculate and align with Inner Gardens’ elevated design standards Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in professional landscape installation or interior plant design Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Clean driving record, valid driver’s license Strong knowledge of plant care, materials handling, and fine installation techniques Experience in high-end service settings a plus (luxury hospitality, interior design, estate management, etc.) White-glove delivery or moving experience highly valued Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow design plans meticulously Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Los Angeles route-based (must be able to commute) What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay, based on experience Health Insurance Sick leave 401k with employer match Paid time off & overtime opportunities Mileage reimbursement A professional and artistic work environment A chance to be part of a creative, tight-knit team respected across Southern California If you meet the qualifications and are passionate about beautiful spaces, living design, and exceptional client service, please email your resume in response to this posting.
