Job OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Molding Lead to oversee shift operations, lead a team of operators, and ensure production targets are met with minimal downtime.The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of injection molding processes and a proven track record of leadership.Key Responsibilities Production Oversight:Supervise and schedule production workers, coordinating activities to meet shift quotas and work schedules.Technical Support:Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, and light maintenance (e.g., setting/processing tools).Quality Control:Monitor production output for defects and ensure all products meet customer specifications.Safety & Compliance:Enforce safety protocols, maintain housekeeping standards, and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.Continuous Improvement:Identify process inefficiencies and implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve yields.Required Qualifications Experience:Minimum 5years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Experience with thermoset material is a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in troubleshooting injection molding machines (e.g., Husky, Milacron) and auxiliary equipment.Experience with Transfer molding and insert molding is a plus.Software/Tools:Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (IQMS preferred) and scientific molding principles (RJG or Paulson certifications).Please email your resume along with salary requirements to JOBCTMANUFACTURING@GMAIL.COM We're an equal opportunity employer.All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
