The Platform Program Lead will drive alignment, planning, and execution across product, engineering, data, and design teams to expand org's impact. The ideal candidate will translate complexity into clear plans, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Key Responsibilities: Establish program goals, roadmap planning, and processes for the Platform Team. Manage all project aspects including scope, schedule, resourcing, deliverables, and budget. Provide transparent visibility into current projects, resource utilization, and team performance. Facilitate project status meetings, ensure stakeholder involvement, and track action items. Identify and mitigate project risks, balance competing priorities, and manage external agency relationships. Must Have Skills: Expertise in communication and change management for fast-paced environments. Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with limited oversight and thrive in ambiguity. Proven success in building relationships, influencing decisions, and solving problems. Domain/Industry Experience: Nonprofit operations or social impact initiatives preferred. Experience supporting technology-focused teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Design) is essential.
