OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Players Club Representative, where you will be the friendly face and vital link between our guests and the exciting world of casino gaming.In this energetic role, you will foster positive guest relationships, manage membership accounts, and ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.Your leadership and customer service skills will shine as you create an engaging environment that encourages guest loyalty and enhances their overall experience.This paid position offers an opportunity to develop management skills while working in a lively, fast-paced casino setting.Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their casino experience Manage and update guest membership accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry Promote the casino's loyalty programs, encouraging guests to enroll and participate actively Handle cash transactions accurately, including issuing rewards or credits as needed Address guest inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and de-escalate issues with tact and diplomacy Supervise daily operations at the Players Club desk, ensuring procedures are followed efficiently Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming environment and uphold high standards of guest service Experience Previous management or supervising experience in a customer service or hospitality environment is preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster teamwork Experience working in a casino or gaming environment is a plus but not required Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns effectively and professionally Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and information Basic math proficiency for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest services while managing multiple tasks in a lively atmosphere Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests!
