Doug Anderson Plumbing and Heating, a respected leader in the local industry, is seeking a full-time Plumbing Apprentice – Heating Installer to join our team in Billerica, MA. Fair pay: This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $18 – $40 per hour , based on experience. Reasonable hours: This is a full-time, onsite position based in Billerica, MA. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. , providing reliable and steady employment. Benefits: Health Dental Vacation time Trainings Small company events Steady hours Supportive management Company-provided gear WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY: In this Plumbing Apprentice - Heating Installer role, you will be responsible for underground, rough, and finish plumbing work for both remodels and new construction projects. You will install heating systems, piping, and fixtures, ensuring all work meets the established project scope and specifications. You will collaborate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers to deliver high-quality results. Your day will also involve system testing and conducting customer walkthroughs to ensure satisfaction and uphold the company's standard of excellence in every installation. What We Need From You: 3+ years of residential plumbing and remodel installation experience Heating system installation experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Personal hand tools Ability to install sold jobs and complete all necessary setup and testing of systems Physical ability for lifting, ladder work, and work in confined spaces Preferred: Journeyman Plumbing License or advanced apprentice-level experience Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software Ability to coordinate remodels and support junior crew members MEET US: We are a successful local company known for integrity, reliability, and a strong commitment to our community.
