We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Plumber who is ready to learn the trade, work hard, and grow with our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with or without experience who wants to build a long-term career in the plumbing industry. Our work environment includes hands-on field experience, on-the-road service work, and direct training alongside experienced plumbers. Job Overview We are seeking an Apprentice Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks while learning the trade in the field. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, eager to learn, and comfortable working in residential and light commercial environments. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All applicants are subject to a background check and RMV check. Applicants with accidents or speeding violations within the past three years will not be considered. Responsibilities Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems Support experienced plumbers on residential and light commercial job sites Learn to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Gain hands-on experience with pipe cutting, threading, soldering, and system assembly Help install piping, fixtures, and related plumbing components Perform basic service and maintenance tasks to ensure systems are operating properly Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment on job sites Qualifications Strong interest in learning the plumbing trade Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with hand and power tools Basic knowledge of plumbing or construction is helpful, but not required Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Benefits 50% tuition assistance for PHCC schooling 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Disability insurance Paid vacation time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Work Location: On the road
