Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Radon Mitigation Technicians to join our environmental safety and restoration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing radon mitigation systems, ensuring safe indoor air quality, and supporting various restoration projects. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on health, safety, and property restoration. Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. To get licensed and in your own company vehicle Duties Install, inspect, and maintain radon mitigation systems in residential and commercial properties Conduct assessments to determine appropriate mitigation solutions Install Mitigation systems Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations and repairs Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet safety standards Document work performed and communicate findings to clients or supervisors Report quarterly mitigation systems and post testing result to EPA Requirements Must have a Mitigation license and is still valid. Drivers license Clean driving record Clean background history Prior experience in the Radon Mitigation industry, repairs to existing systems, troubleshooting systems, installation of new systems. Crawlspace encapsulation is highly desirable Familiarity with construction tools, hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners Knowledge of safety procedures related to working with hazardous materials and construction sites Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver’s license preferred for site travel and equipment transport Willingness to learn new skills related to radon mitigation and environmental safety regulations This position offers a rewarding career path for those interested in environmental health, property restoration, and construction-related services.
