We are looking for a reliable Plumbing Service Technician who enjoys fixing problems and troubleshooting plumbing systems.Most of our work comes from long-term property management clients, providing steady service calls and consistent maintenance work throughout the year.If you like diagnosing problems, solving them quickly, and moving on to the next job, this is a great position for you. What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing residential plumbing issues Repairing leaks, fixtures, and water lines Clearing drains and resolving clogs Repairing or replacing water heaters Minor plumbing installations (faucets, toilets, disposals, etc.) Communicating with tenants and property managers Keeping clean service notes and job documentation Most work involves service and repairs, with occasional small installations.
