PMC: Director, Human Resources, Business Partner & Operations Penske Media is seeking a collaborative HR Director to join our West Los Angeles headquarters. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role combines high-level HR business partnership with operational excellence and technology leadership. The HR Director will serve as a trusted advisor to corporate and media business unit leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals across performance management, employee engagement, workforce analytics, and HR technology. In this role, you will champion a people-first, performance-driven culture. This role is also pivotal in advancing PMC's digital transformation and optimizing HR operations through data and AI-driven insights. This role aligns closely with our commitment to driving innovation and building a high-performance culture based on accountability, collaboration, and inclusivity. As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Advise leadership on org design, team effectiveness, and workforce strategy. Function as a strategic partner to leadership teams, empowering creative and operational excellence while supporting a culture that values informed risk-taking, celebrates curiosity, and champions the best ideas-no matter where they originate. Partner with business units to align HR efforts with corporate objectives. Partner with Finance to review compensation structures, annual budget, and pay equity to ensure alignment with business goals.
