We're looking for a PMO Manager candidate to support our Power and Energy group. This role can be in any of our Jacobs offices in the NorthEast US. Develops, writes, and edits material for reports; various technical and administrative reports; analyzes trends and works with management within program. Reviews work processes, data and make recommendations for improvements with a proven ability to distill complex business issues into easily understandable terms for a variety of audiences. The selected candidate must have excellent team-player attitude, with ability to consistently demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, mutual respect and accountability to others. Must be able to review the work of others for accuracy, completeness and interact to obtain any needed clarifications. Leads informational and educational meetings for various topics. This position interacts with the senior management team in the program and must follow up with client and subcontractors management for completing projects. It requires exceptional communication and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and projects. We are a fast moving program and work varied hours. Candidates must be able to accommodate schedule changes and work as needed to complete work. Technical/Functional Responsibilities Organizes data, graphs and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular interval Compares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data
