Job Description
About the Position: Seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) for a hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic in La Grande, OR Work in a Rural Health Clinic setting. Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week. Patient load: patients per day on average. Full-time, permanent position. Open to new graduates. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary starting at $146K+. RVU-based production bonuses. Quality incentives up to $13,500 annually. $20K commencement bonus. $8,000 annual CME allowance.
