RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client that is seeking a Podcast Producer in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities Content Production Produce, and polish high-quality audio/video episodes for both podcasts (planning, recording support, post-production, show notes, graphics, and distribution) Edit and optimize written, audio, and video content for clarity, engagement, SEO, and brand voice Manage asset libraries, transcripts, clips for social/media repurposing, and evergreen content Collaborate with hosts and internal teams to create compelling narratives that position the company as a thought leader Guest Booking & Coordination: Identify, research, pitch, and secure high-caliber guests (executives, policymakers, technologists, military leaders, innovators) for both podcasts Handle all booking logistics: outreach, scheduling, pre-interview briefs, contracts/NDAs, and follow-ups Build and maintain a robust guest database and CRM for ongoing relationships Work closely with hosts to align episodes with strategic themes and timely industry topics Additional Duties Support cross-promotion across platforms (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Apple/Spotify, email newsletters) Track performance metrics (downloads, views, engagement, website traffic) and optimize content strategy accordingly Stay current on data center, AI, infrastructure, leadership, and national security trends to inform content Occasionally travel for on-site recordings or industry events REQUIREMENTS 5+ years in content production, podcast production, digital media; Prior guest booking or talent relations experience Proficiency in audio/video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Audacity, Descript, etc.) Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for storytelling Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Project management and organizational skills (ability to juggle multiple episodes and deadlines) Knowledge: Familiarity with data centers, AI infrastructure, veteran/military topics, or B2B tech/industrial media is a big plus Attributes: Self-starter, detail-oriented, creative, mission-aligned, and comfortable in a dynamic startup-like environment; Veteran or military spouse experience valued The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
