Podiatric Physician (DPM) - Part-Time / 1099 Contractor - Illinois Pay: $100K-$195K/year depending on output (~$400/session; 2 sessions/day typical) Type: Independent Contractor (1099) | Schedule: Flexible / Part-Time Travel: Nursing homes, assisted-living, and long-term care facilities across Illinois About The Role We are seeking a Podiatric Physician (DPM) to provide routine foot and wound care to residents across multiple healthcare facilities in Illinois. This part-time role allows you to create your own schedule while delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and ankle conditions Provide routine foot care, wound care, and minor procedures Collaborate with facility staff and healthcare teams Educate patients, families, and caregivers on foot care and prevention Document care in EMR systems Qualifications DPM degree with active or eligible Illinois license Board Qualified or Certified (ABPM/ABFAS) Strong clinical skills and patient-centered communication Ability to travel to multiple facilities Benefits & Perks Competitive pay per session with travel expenses covered Flexible part-time schedule Ideal for new graduates or experienced DPMs This role is 1099 contractor-based and does not include traditional employee benefits.
