Point of Care Lab Technician

Carle Health is seeking a Point of Care Lab Technician to support our Laboratory Services team. In this role, you will perform bedside and near-patient testing, prepare and run point-of-care instruments, and accurately document and report results in the electronic medical record. You will maintain quality controls, troubleshoot equipment, and follow strict safety and infection control standards. Working closely with nurses, providers, and lab personnel, you’ll help ensure timely, reliable test results that support high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
