Additional Compensation Bilingual Spanish or ASL 4% increase of pay DPPST Immediate Certification of 4% DPPST Advanced Certification of 7% Detective incentive pay 4% Longevity pay of 2% at 10 years, 3% at 15, and 4% at 20% Annual cost of living increases (subject to Collective Bargaining Contract) Field Training Officers earn 4% premium $5000 hiring bonus 11 paid holidays per year Free membership for self and family to the Newport Recreation Center Application & Testing Process Submit an online application by clicking "Apply" on this job posting.
