Summary We are seeking a skilled Polisher to join our team at Mold-Tech Inc.In this role, you will be responsible for polishing plastic injection mold surfaces to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and precision.Your work will directly contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes.Responsibilities Polish with Precision:Utilize multiple polishing methods to establish required finishes on injection mold surfaces.Materials required:Determined and resourceful self-starter able to digest production notes, prints, and verbal instructions, ask questions, and employ equipment, such as work holding magnets and an array of polishing supplies and tools.Team:Work alongside a skilled, supportive team to ensure the highest quality standards.Maintain:Clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.Adhere:Follow safety protocols while operating machinery.Requirements Proven experience in polishing or similar roles within a manufacturing environment are a plus.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Work Environment:A casual, collaborative atmosphere Team-focused culture that encourages idea sharing and innovation Recently expanded facility to support company growth including new break room and increased manufacturing space to improve efficiency and productivity.Overtime available Why Choose Mold-Tech Inc.?
