About us Grindstone Campaigns has a proven track record of implementing ambitious field programs, from local initiatives to federal campaigns.Grindstone provides clients with data-driven outreach strategies for political campaigns, issue advocacy, and membership recruitment.We are seeking new team members in Los Angeles who are politically engaged and interested in supporting a local campaign in the 2026 primary.Our work environment includes:Casual work attire Safe work environment Flexible working hours Responsibilities: Conduct outreach activities (Door-to-Door) to listen to residents' concerns, goals and desires- Educate the community about the organization's mission, goals, and desired outcomes- Develop and implement strategies to engage potential supporters and volunteers- Engage residents at the door and at community events to gain feedback for the campaign- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups- Ability to engage in door-to-door outreach- Previous door-to-door or sales experience is a plus but not required Pay: Pay starts at $25 an hour Flexible Schedule - Mon-Thurs 2:30 - 7:30 PM - Sat & Sun 10 AM - 3 PM This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact in the community while gaining valuable experience in outreach, voter engagement and political communication.If you are passionate about making a difference and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply.Job Types:Part-time, Temporary Pay:From $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
