PondDoctor Pond Tenders & Crew Leads Position - $3,300+/month (DOE & Bonus) PD is hiring Pond Technicians and Crew Leads/Laborers! PondDoctor maintains residential trout ponds around Bozeman and southwestern Montana.Trout is a sensitive species of freshwater fish that require pinpoint water parameters in order to thrive.It is important to keep trout ponds tuned to their very best year-round.Ponds with trout require cool, clean water and specific parameters for optimal fish health.Many individuals who own a pond do not have the time to maintain their pond or are not up to speed on the best maintenance techniques and treatments for their pond.That's where we come in.PondDoctor can provide all types of pond maintenance as necessary to meet our clients' needs for any sized pond.This process will typically consist of removing submerged aquatic plants using specialized pond cleaning tools.PondDoctor will work with pond owners to provide top-quality service and consulting for all pond and stream cleaning needs.We are knowledgeable about servicing ponds and use proven products that work for our customers.PondDoctor's mission is to create an attractive and lasting aesthetic impact on Montana ponds and streams by restoring them to their beautiful, original state using carefree holistic and trout-friendly treatments.Visit our site at:www.pond-doctor.com We are looking to bring on Pond Technicians and Crew Leads to assist in maintaining ponds.Work can be part-time this spring until the summer weather arrives.The Crew Leads will be responsible for managing several Pond Technicians on pond cleaning and pond construction jobs full-time.These positions allow the Crew Leads and Technicians to travel to beautiful ranches and properties around SW Montana while working on trout ponds.Crew Leads will be operating equipment and specialized pond cleaning tools.This is an exciting and unique opportunity with a fast-growing company.Lots of potential for quick advancement and bonuses!
