Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, guest-focused Pool Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for resort guests. This role is responsible for daily pool deck setup and upkeep, towel station, guest assistance, and monitoring pool access to ensure only authorized resort guests use the facilities. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, lounge areas, and surrounding spaces Set up and reset lounge chairs, umbrellas, towel stations, and guest areas throughout the day Greet guests and provide friendly assistance with seating, towels, and general resort questions Ensure all guests have proper resort wristbands and monitor for unauthorized access Enforce pool rules professionally while maintaining a positive guest experience Monitor pool area conditions and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns Collect used towels, manage laundry flow, and empty trash regularly Assist in maintaining an overall polished, resort-quality appearance at all times Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to stand, walk, lift towels/chairs, and remain active for extended periods Previous hospitality or pool attendant experience preferred but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
