Pool Attendants

Come work with us at our beautiful resort pools! Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community is looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and customer service focused individuals to join our team! We have part-time positions available for our Oasis and Seaside Pools. We provide world class customer service and strive to create perfect resort & beach experiences to Homeowners and Guests, all with a smile. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Checking guests into the pools and cabanas Leading different activities and events daily Surveying pool area for trash and rowdy behavior Assist with opening and closing duties of the pool desk and deck. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to open and close umbrellas Must be willing to work outside Skills required Great communication skills Customer service Strong work ethic Surveillance Skills Conflict Resolution Problem Solving Time Management Adaptability Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.
