RELOCATION OPPORTUNITY TO FAIRPORT, NY Company Overview Precision Pool Company is a trusted provider of custom pools, resurfacing, and renovation services, delivering high-quality pool finishes, tile, and coping work with a focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pool Plasterer to join our service and resurfacing team.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in plastering swimming pools and spas, along with related renovation tasks such as demo, tile, coping, and acid washing.This role demands strong technical ability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities Prepare and plaster swimming pools and spas with precision and professional finish quality.Perform acid wash procedures on pool surfaces as required to prepare for new plaster and finishes.Demo swimming pools and spas, including removal of old plaster, tile, and coping when needed.Install and repair tile and coping on pool and spa perimeters according to project specifications.Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, tools, and equipment; ensure all materials are secure and ready for daily work.Communicate effectively with project managers and teammates to meet schedules and customer expectations.Promote a safe work environment -- follow all safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and keep work areas hazard-free.Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional plaster experience in swimming pool and spa finishing.Proven ability with plaster application techniques, surface prep, and quality finishing.Knowledge and experience performing acid washes, surface prep, and pool demo work.Skilled in tile and coping installation or repair on pools and spas.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Comfortable with outdoor work and physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail, workmanship pride, and commitment to deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.Excellent communication skills with supervisors and clients.Benefits Great pay based on experience.Medical, Dental, vision, HSA 401K With Company Matching Opportunities for skill development and career growth.Company Matching 401K Pay:$30.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Paid time off Professional development assistance Relocation assistance Experience:Plastering Pools :5 years (Required) License/Certification:Clean driver License (Required) Ability to Relocate:Orlando, FL 32810:Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required) Work Location:In person.
