Pool Service Technician - Gorlin Pools (An Azureon Company) Gorlin Pools is a premier provider of high-end swimming pool design, construction, and service for residential and commercial clients.As part of the Azureon family, we take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and long-term client relationships.We are looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that values quality, professionalism, and growth.Why join Gorlin Pools:Stable, growing company with consistent year-round opportunities Opportunity to expand your skills in repairs, diagnostics, and advanced pool systems Work independently while being supported by a strong team Career growth potential for top performers What you'll do:Service and maintain assigned pools to ensure clean, safe, and balanced water conditions Test water chemistry and apply proper treatments based on environmental factors and usage Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on pool equipment Proactively identify issues and recommend repairs or upgrades to clients and the office team Assist in diagnosing leaks and larger repair needs Perform seasonal services including pool openings and winterizations Maintain accurate service records, including chemical logs and before/after photos Keep your service vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company standards What we're looking for:2years of hands-on pool service experience Strong knowledge of water chemistry, circulation systems, and pool equipment Ability to troubleshoot and think proactively in the field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, organized, and able to manage a daily route independently Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Compensation and Benefits:Competitive pay based on experience $$$ Paid time off and holidays Retirement savings plan with company match Ongoing training and opportunities to advance within the company Job Types:Full-time, Seasonal Pay:$25.00 - $37.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Company truck Paid time off Relocation assistance Experience:Pool Service:2 years (Required) License/Certification:Driver License (Required) Work Location:In person.
