Pool Service Technician (Part-Time, Flexible Schedule) Columbia Pool Care is a locally owned residential pool service company based in Fairfax, VA.We are building a high-quality, reliable service focused on consistency, attention to detail, and strong customer relationships.This is an early-stage opportunity to join a growing company with the potential for increased hours as the customer base expands.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and reliable Pool Service Technician to perform weekly residential pool maintenance.This is a part-time position to start, with hours expected to grow as new customers are added.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently.Responsibilities:Perform weekly pool maintenance, including:Skimming, vacuuming, and brushing Emptying skimmer and pump baskets Water testing and balancing Adding routine chemicals Basic filter maintenance (backwashing, etc.) Visually inspect pool equipment for issues Maintain a clean, professional presence at customer homes Requirements:Prior experience with residential pool service strongly preferred Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment Experience working independently preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and time management Dependable and punctual Compensation $25-$35/hour, based on experience Part-time to start (approximately 10-20 hours/week) Opportunity for increased hours as the business grows Schedule Flexible, based on weekly service route Primarily weekday daytime hours Pay:$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
