Pool Service Technician

Job description Join our dedicated team as a Pool Service Technician! We are looking for a reliable and highly independent individual with a keen eye for detail who is mechanically inclined with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Clean tiles, brush walls, vacuum pool, and skim the surface Maintain pool water balance and clarity by adding pool chemicals as needed Empty skimmer baskets and clean or backwash filters Inspect pool equipment and report issues to supervisor Keep accurate service records for Florida Health Department compliance (if applicable) Communicate with clients and supervisor about pool needs Provide professional and friendly customer service Advise clients on next steps and escalate to supervisor when necessary Experience & Skills: Prior experience as a pool service technician or in a similar pool maintenance role is preferred but not required; training will be provided Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Professional, friendly and approachable with a focus on customer satisfaction Comfortable working independently or with a small team Troubleshoot and repair basic pool equipment issues Understanding of pool water chemistry and cleaning techniques Clean driving record required. Must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check and a background check.
