Job Summary Join our team as a part time Pool Technician and become a vital part of maintaining sparkling, safe, and inviting swimming environments. In this role, you will perform routine pool maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure all pool systems operate smoothly. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our clients by keeping pools clean, safe, and well-maintained. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in pool care and equipment repair while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. this is part time and can hit all pools in 1 day If you would prefer! 7 pools in total, mixed with in ground and above ground. All salt water pool systems. Responsibilities Conduct weekly pool cleaning across 6 properties including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying baskets to ensure optimal water quality. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting and servicing pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment using hand tools and power tools to resolve operational issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules for each pool. Identify potential mechanical problems early by inspecting pool systems and components regularly. Assist with chemical balancing to ensure water safety standards are met and maintained. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to protect yourself and clients from hazards. Requirements Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment efficiently. Experience with pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical balancing is highly preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools necessary for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Prior service technician experience or related work in pool or equipment maintenance is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping. Ability to work independently while following safety procedures diligently. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting equipment, bending, and standing for extended periods. Embark on a career where your technical skills make a splash!
