Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure correct payments and change Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and creating a friendly atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards during food preparation, handling, and serving activities Assist with food handling and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers quickly during busy pop-up events while maintaining quality Experience Previous barista experience or coffee industry background preferred; enthusiasm for coffee is essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Experience in food service or retail math to handle transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in serving or café environments will be an advantage This energetic role invites passionate individuals eager to deliver exceptional coffee experiences in exciting pop-up settings.
