Coordinate and support platform due diligence and review meetings (quarterly/annual), including preparation of materials, data requests and ongoing support. Help manage one-off advisor/team needs by tracking open items, coordinating responses, and ensuring timely follow-through across stakeholders. Help maintain a working view of current macro conditions and develop timely talking points for advisor messaging; assist with competitor positioning requests and coordination with the sales desk as needed. Help manage shared team workflows including group inbox coverage, triage/prioritization of inbound requests, SLA discipline, and escalation protocols. Act as a day-to-day liaison between the portfolio management team and internal partners (sales, client service, platform teams), ensuring feedback loops and process updates are communicated effectively. Collaborate with portfolio managers and team members on projects aimed at improving efficiency and strengthening the client service model.
