Job Description
Responsible for reviewing, tracking, packaging, documenting, underwriting, and managing an assigned commercial loan portfolio. In addition, the Portfolio Manager is responsible for structuring, pricing, and cultivating current and new client relationships. Determine appropriate risk rating, both qualitative and quantitative based on performance during the review time period and compare it against bank's credit guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in lending. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
