POSITION VISION To support the sales & marketing departments by serving as custodian of the point of sale room, ensuring point of sale is easily accessible. Making sure that the point of sale room is properly stocked, organized, and that items are easy to reach and labeled. Work with the sales & brand teams to move out inventories and keep proper items stocked. QUANTIFIABLE POSITION OBJECTIVES 1. Unpack and designate point of sale 2. Maintains a safe working environment by removing tripping hazards, keeping pathways open and keeping items properly stacked. QUALITATIVE POSITION OBJECTIVES 1. Receive, sort and distribute point of sale to the designated destination 2. Effectively communicate current inventory levels with sales and brand team PLANNING AND STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT LOSS PREVENTION OBJECTIVES: 1. Ensure room is clean and orderly at all times. 2. Current POS must be maintained and non-current POS should be locked up as per directed by the brand/sales manager. 3. Make sure that sales reps are correctly removing items from Eostar when they are taken out of stock from the back room. i. Maintain Inventory of existing permanent POS items.
