Our client is currently seeking a POS Lead Quality Assurance Analyst POS QA Lead Burlington, NJ Overview We are seeking a POS QA Lead to drive quality assurance strategies and ensure the delivery of top-tier software solutions across payment and retail systems. This leadership role requires a proactive professional with strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a passion for excellence in software testing. Key Responsibilities Quality Strategy & • Planning Define and implement QA strategies for POS hardware and software solutions. Develop test plans covering functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases. Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies to ensure timely, high-quality releases. Team Leadership & • Mentorship Lead and mentor QA Analysts and Senior QA Analysts. Foster collaboration across onshore and offshore teams. Provide guidance on testing frameworks, automation, and best practices. Execution & • Reporting Oversee test design, execution, and defect lifecycle management. Ensure clear, consistent reporting of test results and quality metrics. Coordinate closely with Development, Operations, and Product teams to resolve issues. Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary advocate for quality across the organization. Communicate risks, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Align QA activities with business priorities and customer expectations. Required Skills & • Experience Strong background in POS systems testing (hardware and software).
