Job Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors to partner with our team for post-construction and commercial cleaning projects. As an independent contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to accept available job opportunities that align with your schedule and availability while delivering high-quality cleaning services on professional job sites. Responsibilities include ensuring newly completed construction projects and commercial spaces are clean, safe, and move-in ready through precise and consistent work. We coordinate with clients and provide project details- you focus on delivering exceptional results. To qualify, contractors must operate under an LLC or registered business and carry active liability insurance. Experience in commercial and/or post-construction cleaning is preferred. Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, able to work independently, and take pride in attention to detail and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of post-construction sites, including dust removal, debris clearance, and surface sanitization Clean commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and industrial facilities to meet client specifications Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to achieve optimal results Ensure all areas are free of construction materials, dust, dirt, and leftover debris before handover or opening Follow established cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards consistently Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment to maximize efficiency during each shift Requirements Must operate under an LLC or registered business Must carry active liability insurance Experience in commercial and/or post-construction cleaning preferred Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and professionally on job sites Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to post-construction environments Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a positive attitude toward teamwork Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines at all times Join our team today and be part of a dedicated crew committed to transforming spaces into pristine environments!
