About us SAV is a small business in Tacoma, WA.We are fast-paced, inclusive and challenging.Our work environment includes:Growth opportunities On-the-job training Casual work attire A post-construction cleaner removes all construction debris, dust, and residue to make a new or remodeled space move-in ready.Key duties include thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces (walls, floors, counters, fixtures), detailed dusting of hard-to-reach areas like vents and light fixtures, cleaning all windows and glass, and ensuring all hard floors, carpets, and restrooms are spotless.They will also be responsible for disposing of waste materials in accordance with company policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently.This position is required to travel to various sites around Western Washington.Responsibilities:Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the building.Vacuuming carpets and upholstery.Sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.Dusting furniture and fixtures.Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.Lifting up to 50lbs Other various cleaning duties Job Type:Part-time Pay:$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Paid training Work Location:In person.
