QUALITY STRUCTURES (QSI) Job Description Job Title:Post Frame Repair TechLocation:Richmond, KansasFLSA Status:Non-ExemptReports To:Repair ManagerHours:Monday - Friday Job Summary This position is responsible for installing, repairing or replacing of materials on current and former buildings.Duties and Responsibilities:Engage with customers during warranty, billable repairs, and current builds.Manage service repair on site.Work closely with the Production Team to assure repairs are done in a timely manner.Provide the highest customer service possible.Travel within a 120 mile radius making sales calls.Collect payments as required.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Comply with QSI policies and procedures.Education and/or Experience Any combination of job related experience and/or training, which would produce the required knowledge, skills and abilities.Prior construction experience is required.QSI provides on-the-job training Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills Ability to perform tasks accurately, effectively and in a timely manner.Must be able to multitask, possess good communications skills (written & verbal).Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to work under time constraints.Ability to interface with customers, suppliers, crews and personnel.Ability to maintain file systems.Ability to operate a computer, Microsoft office and other general office equipment.Ability to safely perform major job responsibilities with reasonable accommodations.Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license Weight & Lift Requirements Must be able to lift at least 60lbs.Lifting anything greater than 80lbs requires additional personnel and utilizing a dolly or forklift if possible.Wage Wage is based on experience.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Construction:2 years (Required) Language:English (Required) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person.
