Post Manufacturer/Production

OverviewAs a post manufacture/producer you will be the foundation to post frame buildings that are built around the U.S..You will be required to have post manufactured by deadlines along with being required to operate our automotive nailer/post machine.Duties Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the manufacturing floor Assist in assembling products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge, following detailed instructions and quality standards Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to identify issues or defects early on Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory movements and quality checks Collaborate with team members on packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment or storage Follow all safety protocols and factory procedures to ensure a secure working environment Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts, warehouse equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record keeping Prior warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and safety practices Willing to train the right candidate Willing to work with other team members Pay:From $15.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount On-the-job training Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
