Experienced Powder Coater (Full-Time) Salt City Metal Coatings - Southern Utah Pay:$17-$20/hour (DOE) About Us Salt City Metal Coatings is a high-output, quality-driven powder coating shop serving Southern Utah.We work across multiple industries and hold a high standard for finish quality, consistency, and efficiency.We run a clean, organized operation with a crew that takes pride in doing things right--no shortcuts, no babysitting.The Role We're looking for a Powder Coater who already understands what a good finish looks like and takes ownership of their work.This is not an entry-level position--we need someone who can step in, stay productive, and maintain quality without constant oversight.We are willing and able to train the right applicant that is new to the industry.Responsibilities Prep parts properly (cleaning, masking, racking for efficient flow) Apply powder with consistent coverage and thickness Manage oven loads and cure schedules correctly Inspect and sign off on finish quality Identify and fix defects before parts leave your station Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Follow all shop and safety procedures What We Expect Prior powder coating experience (production environment preferred) Consistent, reliable attendance--no exceptions Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work Ability to work at a steady pace without sacrificing quality Self-motivated--able to stay productive without being managed closely Team-oriented mindset (no drama, no excuses) Physically capable of handling a full shift on your feet Pay & Benefits $17-$20/hour depending on experience and performance PTO paid holidays Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving shop Stable, full-time work in a professional environment How to Apply Send your resume and a short summary of your powder coating experience to:info@saltcitymc.com Job Type:Full-time Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount On-the-job training Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
