Job Title:Powder Coating Packer Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that powder-coated products are packed safely and efficiently, ready for distribution to clients. Key Responsibilities: Carefully inspect powder-coated items to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects.Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent any damage during transport.Label packages accurately with the appropriate details and documentation.Operate packaging equipment safely and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain high product standards.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.Assist in inventory management and tracking of packaged products.Prepare and stage completed products for shipment. Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role is preferred but not required.Ability to pay extensive attention to detail to ensure quality control.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Physical ability to lift and move packages up to insert weight pounds.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
