Power Systems Sales Administrator H.O. Penn Machinery is now hiring for a Power Systems Sales Administrator in Medford, NY; Poughkeepsie, NY; Newington, CT. Pay: $22-$27/hour (dependent on experience) Bonus: 5% bonus potential Benefits: Medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, Holidays & competitive PTO, Company laptop & cell phone Key Qualifications Ability to multitask and be highly organized & competent in a fast-paced environment Strong administrative skills (including but not limited to: phone skills, email, research, data entry, verifying information) Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient with computer software (including MS Word, Excel, & Outlook) with the capability of utilizing multiple computer systems Strong interest in sales and sales support Administrative or sales/sales support experience in a technical industry preferred Responsibilities Successful execution of internal and external project development activities Maintain communications with outside sales force regarding new and developing opportunities Efficiently access, maintain, and distribute technical information to all stakeholders, as required Assist with influencing and sales activities with consulting engineer, contractors, and end users Assist and conduct marketing activities based on market information related to new and existing customers, applications, products, and competitors to grow the Power Systems business Effective and efficient clerical office support for assigned sales engineers Organize and document customer quotations Relay messages to sales force in a timely manner Provide support for incoming phone calls Process customer tax certificates and credit applications
