Please fill out this form and do not call. We are currently looking for a reliable team member to join our Detroit power washing crew. This position involves washing trucks and heavy equipment, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with general daily operations. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be dependable, and able to work in outdoor conditions. Experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person. You must pass a drug test, have a valid drivers license. This is hard work, you must be okay with doing hard work, in the sun, on hot days, cold days, etc. Weekends required $240-360/day for team leads. $160-250 for technician roles depending on performance. Paid weekly Workers who show up on time, don't have no call no shows, responsible, who do a good job will be compensated financially with an hourly bonus above their base pay. Ideal candidates will have had proven experience in leadership, running a small crew. About the job: Fast paced work You will get dirty Paid per performance / bonus Attention to detail is mandatory and your bonus relies on it. Once you prove your ability to do high quality work you will be required to drive a company vehicle to sites and perform the work required. You will then return the company vehicle to its storage location. Currently looking for a part time, weekend worker who is reliable and does a good job. The right person can be given full time hours.
