Job Overview We're looking for someone to join our team for power washing, gutter cleaning & window cleaning. This position REQUIRES the ability to carry & climb ladders, walk a roof with pitch hoppers & MUST be comfortable with walking on roofs two to three stories tall. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE. This position will require you to work outside, in the elements, 90% of the time. Window cleaning & power washing experience a plus, but previous gutter cleaning or roofing experience is required. We will provide the equipment necessary for these duties, uniform shirts & safety shoes made for roof walking. You are required to purchase polyester pants or shorts that do not show bleaching. Duties Operate power washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, decks, and other surfaces. MUST be comfortable walking on tall roofs with pitch hoppers, two stories or greater. Clean windows, interior & exterior Prepare work sites by setting up necessary equipment, protective coverings, and safety barriers. Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure it functions properly and safely throughout each project. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide professional advice on surface maintenance. Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents or injuries. Complete job reports detailing work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during projects. Qualifications Prior experience with power washing or similar outdoor cleaning methods is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Prevoius experience with gutter cleaning, roofing, or some other field that required canidate to become very comfortable on the roof. Ability to operate pressure washers, hoses, ladders, and related tools confidently and safely. Strong physical stamina to stand, lift heavy equipment, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results efficiently. Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus. Willingness to learn safety procedures and follow company policies diligently.
