Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Powersports Product Specialist to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the go-to expert for all things powersports, providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Your passion for powersports vehicles combined with your sales acumen will drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-end products in a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers both in-store and through outbound sales efforts. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable powersports products such as motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and accessories Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software to support ongoing relationship management Manage inventory levels by coordinating with inventory control teams and ensuring proper stock levels of high-demand items Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations at retail locations or public events to boost brand awareness and sales Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new product launches, and upcoming events through various channels Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales—preferably within the powersports or automotive industry Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing deals Familiarity with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales progress Dealership experience or background in inventory management is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and retail math calculations Outstanding communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to engage customers confidently Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to share their passion for powersports while developing their sales expertise.
