Company Overview Airtec Sports is a leading powersports dealership dedicated to providing exceptional service and a wide range of vehicles and equipment to our customers.Our mission is to enhance the outdoor experience through quality products and outstanding customer support.Summary As the Powersports Sales employee, you will be a key part of our team, helping customers find the perfect powersports vehicles while delivering outstanding service that aligns with our company's values.Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence in the powersports industry.Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Demonstrate products and explain features to customers.Staying knowledgeable about manufacturer units and accessories.Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction.Maintain merchandise displays and ensure the showroom is organized.Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.Providing customers with professional quotes and informing customers on financial options.Promoting special sales, promotions, or coupons.Qualifications Sales experience and exceptional customer service skills:2 years.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic math skills.Exceptional computer skills.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to demonstrate products effectively.Enthusiasm for powersports and outdoor activities.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Compensation:Hourly rate plus commissions! Base pay depends on qualifications.Schedule Tuesday through Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday, 9am-2pm Final schedule will be determined by the Store Manager.Call-To-Action!
