Overview The offices of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, are seeking a highly detail-oriented Rate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys, department leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate client and matter rate structures on a national scale. This is a full-time position supporting the firm nationwide. Responsibilities Responsibilities & Qualifications: Ensure compliance with the Firm and Rate Committee policies Oversee client rate increases, enforcing firm minimum rates Support re-opening rate protocols Conduct rate analyses and maintain accurate rate data Working knowledge of law firm rate processes and legal billing systems (experience with Aderant Expert Rates preferred) Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or finance/rate related role is preferred At least 3 years of related work experience is preferred Lewis Brisbois is not accepting search firm submissions for this position. Minimum Salary: USD $75,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $78,000.00/Yr.
