Practice Manager — Longevity & Wellness Clinic D5 Health · Raleigh, NC · Full-Time $60,000 – $70,000 per year + benefits About D5 Health D5 Health is a growing longevity and wellness medicine practice in Raleigh serving patients who are serious about optimization — hormone therapy, peptides, metabolic health, and performance. We believe medicine works best when providers have time, tools, and the trust to practice without shortcuts. We're building something intentional, and we need the right operational leader to grow with us. About the Role This is a leadership role for someone who can own the operational core of a growing practice — and grow with it. As we expand our clinical team, launch a telehealth program, and plan for a second location, the Practice Manager will be a key decision-maker in how D5 Health scales. There is a clear path to Director of Operations for the right person. What You'll Do Own day-to-day clinic operations — patient flow, scheduling, vendor relationships, and supply chain Develop and maintain SOPs for all clinical and administrative workflows Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM — pipelines, automations, and patient follow-up sequences Support the launch and ongoing operations of our telehealth program Manage in-house supplement and retail dispensing Coordinate with external accountant on payroll, QSEHRA administration, and vendor invoicing Support social media content coordination and serve as liaison with third-party marketing vendors Track key practice metrics and report monthly to physician leadership Assist with onboarding of new clinical and administrative staff Champion AI-assisted workflows and technology-driven efficiency improvements Serve as a key operational voice in our planned second location expansion What We're Looking For Prior experience managing a medspa, aesthetics clinic, or physician-owned practice — or a proven leader ready to bring their skills into healthcare Strong operational instincts — you see what's broken and fix it without being asked Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools, automation, and technology-driven efficiency Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms preferred Excellent communicator — professional, warm, and clear with patients and team alike Discreet and trustworthy — this role has access to sensitive patient and business information Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment Compensation & Benefits $60,000 – $70,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) $500/month QSEHRA health benefit stipend 15 days PTO annually Clear growth path to Director of Operations with expanded scope and compensation To Apply Complete hiring form at https://apply.d5-health.com/pm Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
