Summary The Practice Manager manages the administrative, financial, and operational activities of clinical practice site(s). The Practice Manager provides administrative leadership to the executive team, medical faculty, and staff in formulating and implementing organizational goals and objectives. This position is directly responsible for daily administrative aspects of the practices' clinical activities, related outpatient operations, budgets, finances, marketing, and public relations. Manages the implementation, direction, and policy development in areas of finance (revenue/expense management), professional fee billing, and general facility operations. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Other information Required Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. At least five years of relevant healthcare, hospital, or patient care delivery experience required. <
