Pre-certification Coordinator

A company is looking for a Pre-certification Coordinator 1. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and procedures to clinical staff and patients Gather and verify appointment, demographic, and insurance information to support clinical and financial needs Coordinate requests from physicians and consumers, solving routine and complex customer problems Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare environment PC knowledge and experience with software packages including Electronic Medical Records and scheduling systems Preferred experience with medical terminology, coding, and third-party reimbursement Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a busy environment
